Mexican Ranch Dressing

Mexican Ranch Dressing
"If you're from Utah, this is the Cafe Rio house dressing...delicious!"

serves: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients:
1 buttermilk ranch dressing packet
(Hidden Valley Ranch brand recommended)
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayo
2 tomatillos, husk removed and diced (usually sold near tomatoes)
½ bunch of cilantro
1 clove garlic
Juice of 1 lime
1 jalapeño (Use the seeds too if you like it spicy.)
You could substitute a few drops of green Tabasco sauce for the
jalapeño
1-2 tsp sugar (I like the dressing a little sweet)

Directions:
Use a blender or food processor to blend all the ingredients well.
Refrigerate 1-2 hours before using.
