Company Meatballs
"Great for lots of guests, or Sunday dinners. From Nielson's aunt Karen Cochran."

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup milk
4 slices of bread, broken
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Cream sauce:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can of milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all meatball ingredients.
  2. Shape into golf sized balls.
  3. Brown in frying pan, then arrange on pan.
  4. Mix soup and milk, pour over meatballs.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.
Meatballs can be browned and baked without sauce, then you can freeze them for later.
