Creamy Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 cup spinach, steamed and chopped
white sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
While spinach is steaming, make 'white sauce'. melt butter in a small saucepan, add flour. Stir into a ball. Slowly pour milk into pan while constantly stirring. When it starts to thicken, add 1/2 cup cheese. Remove from heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Also, add cheese to taste and keep stirring until smooth. Cheese should melt. Chop and add spinach, and top with remaining cheese. Serve immediately.
