Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter
"Like Peanut Butter Cups!"

Ingredients:
1/2 lb. butter
2 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
2 teaspoon vanilla
5 cups confectioner's sugar
Directions:
- Cream, butter, peanut butter, and vanilla together in a large bowl.
- Gradually add enough confectioner's sugar to make a firm dough.
- Shape into balls or other desired shape.
Can also be used in molds to make peanut butter cups.
Use this recipe, the 'Bon Bons' recipe, or the 'Vanilla Cream Centers' recipe to make chocolate covered Easter Eggs. You can shape them yourself or use a mold like 'Egg Minicake' pan by Wilton.
