Stuffed Mushrooms
"A creamy bleu cheese and sausage mixture baked in mushrooms for a delicious combination."

serves: 8-10

Ingredients:
1 lb. medium sized mushroom 2 tablespoons butter
1/4 c sausage, cooked 2 tablespoons chopped onions
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cold bleu cheese

Directions:

  1. Remove stems of mushrooms, chop and set aside in a bowl.
  2. Cook mushroom caps in butter for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine cream cheese and bleu cheese, mix well until blended.
  4. Stir in sausage, chopped stems, and onions.
  5. Fill mushroom caps, and broil until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
