Crescent Rolls

"Sweet, buttery rolls for any get-together."

Ingredients:
3/4 cup warmed milk (80-90 degrees)
1/4 cup warm water
1 egg
6 tablespoons butter, softened, divided
3 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions:
In bread machine pan, pour milk, water, egg, 4 tablespoons butter, flour sugar, salt and yeast. Select dough setting.

When cycle in finished, divide dough in half and place on a lightly floured surface. Roll each section into a 9-in. circle. Melt remaining butter and brush over dough circles. Use pizza cutter to cut 8 wedged in each circle. Roll up wedges from the wide end and place pointed side down 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Curve the ends to form crescents.

Cover and let rise in warm place until almost doubled, about 20 minutes. Bake at 375 for 12-16 min. Let cool on wire racks.
