Cornbread
"A recipe from my Mom."

serves: 8-12

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup Corn Meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Mix flour, corn meal, salt, baking powder, sugar. Cut in butter. Mix eggs with milk then add to dry mixture. Pour into a 8 x 12 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
