Peanut Clusters
"A recipe from Susan Doughman"

serves: 6-8

Ingredients:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 large can cocktail peanuts (abt. 16 oz.)

Directions:
Pour 3 typs of chips into a large pan (double boiler). Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. (Or to use a microwave, use a large microwavable bowl for the chips. Only heat for about 45 sec at a time until the chips look shiny. When soft to touch, stir.) When completely melted, add nuts and mix well until nuts are completely coated. Spoon cluster on waxed paper or buttered cookie sheet and chill until firm. Once they have become firm they will stay firm in or out of the refrigerator.
