Pumpkin Bread
"A recipe from Riki Harrison"-Grandma Fife

serves: 3 loaves
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoons cinnamon
1 tablespoons nutmeg
2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 small can (15 oz.) pumpkin (about 1 2/3 cups)
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Sift flour, spices, salt and soda. Cream sugar and eggs. Add oil, flour and pumpkin; mix well; add nuts and raisins if desired. Fill 4 1 lb. coffee cans half full or fill 3 medium loaf pans half full. Bake 1 hr. at 325.
