Grandma's Lazy Chili

serves: 8-10
Ingredients:
3 (15oz.) cans of Nalley's Original Chili
3 (15 oz.) cans of diced tomatoes
3 (15oz.) cans of kidney beans
1 (15oz.) can of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups water (or 3 if you want it not s0 thick)
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned fat drained
3 or 4 cloves of garlic minced
1 1/2- 2 cups sweet onion, chopped
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Saute garlic and onions to caramelize the onions. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large kettle and simmer for 20 min. The longer is simmers the more the taste blend together. Its even better the next day.
