Kielbasa Soup

Ingredients:
1 kielbasa (16 inch), fried and chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb carrots, chopped
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 (28 oz) cans of diced tomatoes
4 cubes of beef bullion
4 cups water
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried basil or 2 teaspoons fresh, chopped
1/2 teaspoon parsley
Directions:
Brown kielbasa with onions and peppers.
Add all other ingredients. Bring to boil, stir, cover and turn down to simmer. Simmer for 2 hours.
