Potato Soup

Ingredients:
5-6 medium potatoes, pealed and diced
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 cups milk
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1-2 bay leaves
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon sage
pinch marjoram
Directions:
Boil potatoes with onions, salt, and pepper until soft. In separate pan melt margarine, blend in flour and milk, 1 cup at a time until thick. Add 1/2 cup potato water. Add spices and salt to taste. Pour over potatoes.
