Meatloaf

serves: 8-10

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 eggs
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt

(topping:)
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix meatloaf ingredients together.
  2. Shape into a ring in the bottom of a glass dish
  3. Bake for 50 minutes at 350
  4. Combine all the topping ingredients
  5. Heat to melt the sugar
  6. Spread over the meatloaf and continue to bake 10 more minutes at 350 degrees.
