Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 eggs
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
(topping:)
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- Mix meatloaf ingredients together.
- Shape into a ring in the bottom of a glass dish
- Bake for 50 minutes at 350
- Combine all the topping ingredients
- Heat to melt the sugar
- Spread over the meatloaf and continue to bake 10 more minutes at 350 degrees.
