Artichoke and Spinach Dip or Spread

Ingredients:
1 jar or can artichoke hearts in water (14 oz.)
1 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 can diced chilies & liquid (4 oz.)
1 frozen pkg chopped spinach, thaw and drain (10 oz.)
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and spread into a baking dish. Heat in oven until brown on top at 350 (about 30 min.) Serve hot.
