Greek Salad

serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
1 package grape tomatoes (can use cherry tomatoes)
1 cucumber, chopped
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can garlic stuffed olives
handful of parsley, chopped
1 package feta cheese
1 teaspoon lemon zest
dressing:
1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
1 tablespoon Grapeseed oil
1 to 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Directions:
Combine and refrigerate to combine flavors. You can substitute the dressing ingredients with prepared Greek dressing.
